Working with the same photographer over the years is a true blessing. Finding someone you trust, someone you feel comfortable around and someone who understands where you have been can lend to more natural, life-like imagery to document your years.
The Motherhood Experience is a series of two (or three) photography sessions that take place within a years time. From maternity to newborn, or newborn to first birthdays and family sessions, there are many areas of your life to be celebrated and held onto through the art of photography.

There are two options when booking your sessions, both will give you stunning and candid photographs of your children, your babies, your partners and of course, you. Since newborn photos are always taken in home, your complimenting sessions could go one of two ways.
- All indoor sessions tells a more intimate and familial story of pregnancy to birth, or birth to first birthday. You can see the growth, the story and the consistency through the sessions. Check out this post for a trio or maternity, newborn and first birthday boy!
- Adding an outdoor session brings a dynamic gallery with greater variety. This gives you multiple sessions that have the same warm feeling, but the overall look will be quite different. See below.
My commitment to only photographing newborns in their own space, at their own pace, fuels my why. It is important to me as a natural newborn photographer to be in the actual space where you live and raise your baby to give you a unique, true-to-you representation of this time in your life. Though the session below stole my heart with their family and maternity session, the newborn photos are the most personal- a glimpse behind the curtain into the home her father renovated and the room her mother designed for her arrival.
To showcase these three sessions, an album was hand crafted to have a tangible gift to hold and look at. Her first year here Earth side, photographed from inside the womb, to kicking in the crib and finally eating her toes by the bay.
